Toblerone Mousse is a rich and creamy dessert made with melted Toblerone chocolate folded into whipped cream for a luxurious, nutty, and slightly nougat-flavored treat. Perfect for elegant entertaining or a decadent chocolate fix.

  • 200g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: extra chopped Toblerone or grated chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler), melt Toblerone chocolate with milk, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the cooled melted Toblerone into the whipped cream until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with extra chopped Toblerone or grated chocolate before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure the melted chocolate is cooled before folding into the cream to avoid deflation.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
  • For extra texture, add finely chopped nuts or nougat before chilling.
