Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine marinara sauce, spinach, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked ravioli to the sauce mixture and gently toss to coat.
  5. Transfer the ravioli and sauce mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add cooked Italian sausage or ground turkey for a protein boost.
  • Use frozen spinach if fresh is not available—thaw and drain well.
  • Try a mix of mozzarella and provolone for extra cheesiness.
