Ingredients
Scale
6 ears of corn, husked
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: extra butter, fresh herbs, Parmesan cheese, lime wedges
Instructions
Preheat Traeger grill to 375°F (190°C) using your choice of wood pellets (hickory, cherry, or maple recommended).
Brush corn with olive oil or melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Place corn directly on the grill grates.
Close the lid and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred on all sides.
Remove from grill and top with extra butter, herbs, Parmesan, or a squeeze of lime if desired before serving.
Notes
For even more flavor, soak corn in water for 20 minutes before grilling to keep it extra juicy.
Add a sprinkle of smoked paprika or chili powder for a smoky, spicy twist.
Leftover grilled corn can be cut off the cob and used in salads, salsas, or soups.
Use compound butter (like garlic or herb butter) for an easy flavor upgrade.
