Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies are rich, fudgy treats packed with three kinds of chocolate and swirled with fresh raspberries for a decadent dessert that’s perfect for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chopped semi-sweet chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just mixed.
  5. Fold in milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and raspberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the batter to keep the brownies fudgy.
  • Use frozen raspberries if fresh are unavailable—no need to thaw.
  • For cleaner cuts, chill brownies before slicing.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for contrast.
