Tuna Lettuce Wraps are a fresh, no-cook meal that comes together in minutes! Packed with flakey tuna, crunchy veggies, and a creamy, zesty dressing, all wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves. They’re low-carb, high-protein, and super satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • 1 head butter lettuce or romaine (leaves separated and rinsed)

  • Sliced avocado (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Make the Tuna Mixture:
    In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayo (or yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, bell pepper, onion, and parsley. Mix well.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Assemble the Wraps:
    Spoon the tuna mixture into lettuce leaves.
    Top with sliced avocado if using.

  3. Serve:
    Serve immediately, or chill the tuna mixture ahead of time for a refreshing cold wrap.
