This Turkey Tenderloin recipe offers a juicy, flavorful, and lean alternative to traditional turkey cuts. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a healthier holiday meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 turkey tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs total)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
  3. Place turkey tenderloins in a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours in the fridge).
  4. Place marinated tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a roasting dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice and serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • You can grill the turkey tenderloin instead of baking it.
  • Marinating overnight enhances the flavor.
  • Use a meat thermometer for best results.
