Ingredients
Scale
2 turkey tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs total)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
Place turkey tenderloins in a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours in the fridge).
Place marinated tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a roasting dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
You can grill the turkey tenderloin instead of baking it.
