Turtle Lasagna Dessert is a decadent layered treat featuring creamy cheesecake, chocolate pudding, caramel, and crunchy pecans. Inspired by turtle candies, this no-bake dessert is perfect for parties and holidays.

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread this layer over the crust.
  3. Whisk together the pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth it out evenly.
  5. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving to allow layers to set.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding.
  • You can substitute homemade whipped cream for the whipped topping if preferred.
  • This dessert is best served chilled and can be made a day in advance.
