This Valentine’s Day Fruit Tray is a gorgeous, fun, and healthy way to celebrate love! Featuring heart-shaped fruits, a variety of colorful berries, and a delicious dip, it’s perfect for parties, date nights, or family treats.

Ingredients

Fruits (Choose Your Favorites! ❤️)
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into heart shapes
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cut into heart shapes
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into heart shapes
  • 1 cup blueberries (for contrast)
  • 1 cup blackberries (for contrast)
  • Pomegranate seeds (optional, for a festive touch)
Optional Fruit Dip:

 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit:

    • Wash and dry all fruits.
    • Use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut hearts out of watermelon, cantaloupe, and pineapple.
    • Slice strawberries in half to resemble hearts.
  • Assemble the Tray:

    • Arrange the fruits on a large serving platter in a heart shape or mix them for a colorful display.
    • Place small bowls of raspberries, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds for added variety.
  • Make the Fruit Dip (Optional):

    • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
    • Serve in a small dish on the tray for dipping.
