  • 1/4 cup (50 g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate (optional for drizzling)
  • Valentine’s Day-themed sprinkles, nonpareils, or edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Pops:
    • Gently twist apart the Oreo cookies. Insert a lollipop stick into the cream filling of each Oreo. Press the cookie halves back together carefully to secure the stick. (If the cookie separates, add a small amount of melted chocolate to the cream before reassembling to hold the stick in place.)
  2. Melt the Chocolate:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or candy melts in 20-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth.
    • If using multiple colors, melt each color in separate bowls.
  3. Dip the Oreo Pops:
    • Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring the cookie is fully coated. Gently tap off any excess chocolate and place the pops on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Decorate:
    • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the Oreo pops with Valentine’s Day sprinkles or edible glitter.
    • If using a drizzle, melt the semi-sweet or milk chocolate and drizzle it over the pops using a spoon or piping bag for a decorative touch.
  5. Set the Pops:
