This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge is a creamy, buttery white chocolate fudge packed with sugar cookie flavor and topped with festive sprinkles. It’s an easy, no-bake treat perfect for Valentine’s Day gifts or dessert tables!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional, for extra sugar cookie flavor)
  • ½ cup (75g) crushed sugar cookies (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup (100g) pink and red Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

1. Melt the White Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.

2. Add Flavor & Cookies

  1. Stir in vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).
  2. Fold in crushed sugar cookies and half of the sprinkles.

3. Pour & Set

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.

4. Chill & Cut

  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  2. Once set, cut into 24 squares and serve!

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Make It Extra Special: Drizzle with melted white chocolate for a decorative touch.
