Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea is a warm, soothing beverage infused with black tea, creamy milk, aromatic cinnamon, and sweet vanilla. It’s the perfect cozy drink for mornings or relaxing evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 black tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose leaf black tea)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or 1 cinnamon stick)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoons honey or sugar (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add tea bags and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and stir in milk. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes, being careful not to boil.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener of choice. Whisk or froth if desired.
  4. Pour into mugs and serve warm, optionally topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

  • Use a cinnamon stick for a more subtle spice, or ground cinnamon for bolder flavor.
  • Try oat milk or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
  • For iced tea, cool the brewed mixture and serve over ice.
