  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing for extra tang)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded jackfruit, lentils, or chickpeas (for texture)
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp green onions or fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For Serving

  • Tortilla chips
  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks
  • Sliced baguette

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8×8-inch works well).
  • Prepare the Base:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth.
  • Add Ingredients:
    • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and your choice of shredded jackfruit, lentils, or chickpeas. Add smoked paprika if using.
  • Bake:
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
    • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley.
    • Serve warm with chips, veggies, or bread for dipping.
