A refreshing and hydrating watermelon lime mocktail made with fresh watermelon, zesty lime juice, and a splash of sparkling water — the perfect non-alcoholic drink for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
  3. Stir in fresh lime juice and honey or simple syrup, if using.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon lime mixture over the ice.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add a splash of coconut water for extra hydration.
  • Use flavored sparkling water for a twist.
  • Make it ahead: Store the watermelon-lime mixture in the fridge and add sparkling water just before serving.
