Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
  7. Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra soft cookies, slightly underbake them and let them finish setting on the baking sheet.
  • You can swap rainbow sprinkles for holiday-themed sprinkles to match any occasion!
  • If you prefer a crispier texture, bake for an extra 1–2 minutes.
