Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 12 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies or Andes mints (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Melt the Fudge Base:

    • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring continuously until smooth.
  3. Add Flavor & Color:

    • Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
    • If desired, add green food coloring and swirl lightly for a marbled effect.
  4. Pour & Set:

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
    • Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies or Andes mints on top for extra texture.
  5. Chill & Slice:

    • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
    • Cut into squares and serve!

Notes

  • For a layered look, divide the mixture in half. Color one half green and layer it over the plain white layer before chilling.
  • Want extra texture? Stir in ½ cup of mini white chocolate chips before pouring into the pan.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
