1 tablespoon tomato paste (or ketchup)
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1–2 tablespoons water (to thin, as needed)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, tomato paste, melted butter, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and rice vinegar until smooth.
Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
Stir before serving and use as a dipping sauce or drizzle over your favorite dishes.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne or a few drops of hot sauce.
Tastes best after chilling for a few hours or overnight.
