This fresh and vibrant fruit salad is the perfect blend of juicy, sweet, and tangy flavors! Made with a mix of colorful fruits and a light honey-lime dressing, it’s a refreshing side dish for breakfasts, BBQs, picnics, or holiday gatherings.

For the Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup oranges or mandarin segments
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)

For the Honey-Lime Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit – Wash and chop all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the dressing – In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract.
  3. Toss & Chill – Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes in the fridge for the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve & Enjoy! Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Make it extra special by adding shredded coconut or chopped nuts.
  • For a creamy twist, mix in a dollop of Greek yogurt.
  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
