These keto bagels are chewy, delicious, and low in carbs—perfect for anyone following a ketogenic diet. They’re made with almond flour and cheese, offering a satisfying bread-like texture without the carbs.

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring between each interval.
  4. Quickly add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour mixture. Add two eggs and mix until a dough forms. Knead with hands if necessary.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each into a log and shape into a bagel.
  6. Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
