  • 2 balls fresh burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or chopped pistachios

Instructions
