  • 12 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading evenly. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate, stir in peppermint extract, and spread over the hardened dark chocolate.
  • Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and gently press in.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then break into pieces.
