Super easy and soft cookies made with just cake mix, Cool Whip, and eggs — a fun, fluffy treat perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
  3. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat completely.
  5. Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are set but still soft.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Chilling the dough for 15-20 minutes makes it easier to handle.
