Crockpot Candy is a simple, delicious, and crowd-pleasing sweet treat made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for the holidays or any time you need an easy no-fuss dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salted peanuts
  • 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips
  • 2 pounds white almond bark, broken into pieces
  • Sprinkles or crushed candy canes (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Layer the peanuts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips over the peanuts.
  3. Top with broken pieces of white almond bark.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours without stirring.
  5. After 2 hours, stir the mixture until smooth and fully combined.
  6. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto parchment or wax paper.
  7. Top with sprinkles or crushed candy canes if desired.
  8. Allow candy to cool and harden completely at room temperature (or refrigerate to speed up the process).

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
  • Use cupcake liners for easy portioning and gifting.
