These Easy Cheesecake Cups are creamy, sweet, and super simple to make! With a buttery graham cracker crust and a smooth, no-bake cheesecake filling, they’re the perfect individual-sized treat. Customize them with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, chocolate, or caramel!

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Chocolate chips or chocolate sauce
  • Caramel sauce
  • Crushed cookies
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:

    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
    • Spoon about 1-2 tbsp of the mixture into small serving cups or muffin liners and press down firmly.
    • Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake Cups:

    • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crusts.
    • Smooth the tops and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Add Toppings & Serve:

    • Top with your favorite toppings before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, use crushed Oreo cookies instead of graham crackers for the crust.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Make them in small mason jars or clear cups for a pretty presentation!
