Easy No-Bake Cookies are a classic, quick, and delicious treat made with rich chocolate, peanut butter, and oats. With no oven required, these cookies come together in minutes and are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the hassle of baking.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats (use gluten-free oats if needed)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Baking Sheet:

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. Make the Chocolate Mixture:

    • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
    • Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add Peanut Butter & Oats:

    • Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and oats.
    • Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Scoop & Shape:

    • Drop spoonfuls onto the lined baking sheet.
    • Let cookies cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, or until set.
  5. Serve & Enjoy!

    • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
