  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional, for a citrusy touch)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate:

    • In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
    • Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  3. Mix in Flavorings & Add-Ins:

    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, orange zest (if using), cranberries, and nuts.
  4. Pour & Set:

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
